Validate before you scale
Most growth pain comes from scaling an assumption nobody tested. We pressure-test the destination first, so the effort that follows compounds instead of correcting.
About
Vydeya Consulting and Analytics is a Chennai-based consulting and training practice for global capability centres and scaling startups. We work where strategy meets the daily operating reality — the hand-offs, the reviews, the customer escalations and the people who carry them.
Vydeya was founded in October 2025 on a simple observation: organisations rarely fail because of a bad strategy deck. They fail because growth quietly outpaced the foundations underneath it — collaboration, customer centricity, culture and process excellence.
Our work sits at operating level. We spend time with the teams doing the work, find where decisions stall and value leaks, and rebuild the cadence that lets a business scale without breaking. Alongside consulting, we run training and workshops that leave the capability inside your organisation rather than in a report.
We are deliberately senior-led and deliberately small. Every engagement is run by the person you meet in the first conversation.

Validate your destination. Enhance your approach.
Founder & Managing Director, Vydeya Consulting and Analytics
17+ years in operations, transformation and customer experience across Siemens, Movate and Sutherland. Certified in general management from IIM Indore. Based in Anna Nagar, Chennai.
I have spent most of my career inside global capability centres and outsourced delivery organisations — the places where a parent company's expectations meet the reality of a team several time zones away. I have built those teams, turned around the ones that were struggling, and sat on both sides of the escalation call.
That experience shapes how I consult. I am less interested in what a company should do in theory and more interested in why the last three attempts didn't hold. It is usually a hand-off nobody owns, a review that measures the wrong thing, or a vision the team cannot repeat back in one sentence.
I write and speak regularly about AI's effect on work — not the hype, but the practical division of labour between what a person should own and what a machine should absorb. That thinking became the AI Life Design Matrix, which I now use with both leadership teams and mid-career professionals rebuilding their relevance.
Vydeya is the outcome of all of it: a practice for leaders who want an operator in the room, not an observer.

Every recommendation has to survive contact with a real P&L, a real team and a real customer. We have carried those numbers ourselves.
AI should absorb the tracking, drafting and researching so your people can spend their hours on thinking, deciding and relating. That line is where the value is.
Success is your team running the new cadence without us in the room. We build for handover from day one.
